At Zip Line USA you will experience the ultimate in ziplining. Our course has been professionally designed and built by Universal Zipline Technology, LLC. UZT is a leader in the zip line industry. UZT has taken every effort possible to ensure that your experience here at Zip Line USA will not only be one of the most memorable experiences in your life but will also be one of the safest adventures.


ZIP LINE USA places safety at the top of our priority list. Our safety policies and procedures meet or exceed the standards set forth by the International Professional Zipline Association. We utilize state of the art equipment designed specifically for zip lining, require each of our professional guides to undergo extensive guide safety training, and operate each tour in the safest possible environment.
Zip line USA follows the below safety and operations guidelines:
Every cable and bridge are inspected each day before any tours go out.
Extensive course inspections are required and completed weekly and monthly, and an annual course inspection is completed by UZT.
All pieces of equipment are inspected and recorded after each use to ensure that our visitors' safety is not comprimised.
Two zip line guides accompany each group of no more than 12 persons.
All participants, including guides, wear safety equipment provided by Zip Line USA. Absolutely, no personal equipment is allowed on the courses.
Visitors are connected to the cables with safety lines at all times while on the zip line course, including skybridges and platforms.
Each visitor is connected to the cables at a minimum of two points while riding the zip lines, with safety lines, carabiners and pulleys.
Safe riding and braking instruction is provided before the tour begins. Visitors are required to strictly adhere to all zip lining rules and their guides to ensure safe zip lining.
All visitors will practice zipping on our baby cable before moving onto the actual adventure.
Zip Line USA has established the following restrictions to ensure the safety of each of our visitors:
All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Weight Restrictions: Maximum weight is 275 lbs. No minimum.
Physical Restrictions: This adventure is designed for persons in good physical condition. Pregnant women, guests with existing injuries and/or seizure disorders are prohibited. Guests with current or re-occurring medical conditions that may interfere with the participant's safety should not take this tour.
Legal Restrictions: Completion of a waiver/release form is required. Relatives other than the actual parents or legal guardians cannot sign the waiver for a minor by law.
Communication: Participants must be able to understand and follow instructions in English.
Dress Code: Closed-toe shoes are required. NO FLIP FLOPS!! Pants or long shorts are recommended.
Cameras: Cameras are allowed providing that they are secured to the participant. Cameras can only be used on No-Brake cables or from the platforms.
LATE POLICY:
All tour must go out on time. You nust arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour. If you are late and the tour leaves without you there is NO REFUND. If the tour holds for you there will be a $40 late fee per group.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Due to the high demand for reservations we do not accept cancellations. All reservations are non-refundable.
